How do I assign a job to a user?
Open the job from the jobs list, use Assign, pick the user and role, then save. Assigned users will see the job in their workspace.
Where can I see job progress and completed steps?
Open the job’s view page: workflow tabs and timestamps show what’s done and what’s next. Filters on the jobs list help you focus on assigned or pending work.
Where do I add clients, lines, and warehouses?
Use Masters in the sidebar: each entity has its own list with create and view actions. Link them when creating jobs where applicable.
Can I update master data after a job is created?
Yes—open the master record and edit fields as your permissions allow. Changes apply to new and existing links where the product allows; critical identifiers may be locked if a job is in progress—contact support if you need an exception.
Who can change notification settings?
Administrators can adjust org-wide notification rules under Settings. Profile and personal preferences are managed on your Profile page.
How do I update my profile photo and contact details?
Go to Profile: use the image control to choose or remove a photo, edit your fields, then save. Some directory fields may be read-only if your admin manages them centrally.
