Get alerts for job status updates. When a job is marked as completed, send an email to admin.
Job assignment email to user
When a job is assigned to a user, send assignment details to that user by email.
New user welcome email
When a new user is created, send account information and temporary password by email.
Client completion mail (by workflow tab)
For each job type (Export/Import and Dock/Factory stuffing), when all workflow tabs are completed, send a completion email to the client master contact.
Tip: if you send passwords by email, keep them temporary and force password reset on first login.
